• Pain Relief - Paracetamol. Ibrufen. IMPORTANT - NEVER give children under 16 Aspirin if they have the flu. Reason being it can cause a serious illness called Reyes Syndrome. Watch the video below

• Plenty To Drink - Dont get dehydrated - Hot drinks tend to be best
• New Anti Viral Drugs - Not often given as expensive
• Flu Jab ( Flu Vaccination) - Prevention is better than cure
